How many guests can stay at the chalet?+
Standard occupancy is limited to five guests. A sixth person is possible only after a prior personal enquiry and written confirmation; six beds are available across three bedrooms.
How are the bathroom facilities arranged?+
There is one large bathroom with bathtub, shower and double vanity, plus two separate WCs.
Can the hot tub be used year-round?+
Yes. The outdoor hot tub is heated year-round and reserved exclusively for chalet guests.
Are pets allowed?+
No, guests cannot bring pets. Our cats live on the farm and should not be allowed inside the chalet.
How does check-in work?+
Flexible self check-in is available from 3 pm via a lockbox. You receive the code before arrival.
How do payment and cancellation work?+
A 30% deposit is payable after we personally confirm availability and the total price. The remaining 70% is payable online by 14 days before arrival or in cash on arrival. Cancellation is free through exactly 72 hours before the confirmed check-in time (Europe/Vienna); after that and for a no-show, the cancellation fee is 30%. See the booking terms for details.
Do I need snow chains in winter?+
In fresh snow, we recommend four-wheel drive or snow chains for the final part of the access road.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?+
Yes, an EV charging point is available directly at the chalet.
Can I bring my own horse?+
With prior personal arrangement, accommodation in the open stable may be available.
